Megan has coached me on my leadership style within my client success role. In a small startup environment it can be challenging to find the right balance between rolling up your sleeves and getting involved with the problem, and taking a step back to empower and enable others to work through and solve the problem at hand. This, coupled with some specific coaching around managing relationships and navigating the challenging conversations has helped me to feel more confident to tackle these interactions head on, and focus on the desired outcome.
